Restorative Grief & Release for BIPOC with Morrison Joy

This six week end of winter gathering will build upon our restorative grief practice and explore what it means to create sacred space and tend to what is showing up for us. These classes are designed to be an active space for grief. May your grief, tears, and breath be liberated and feel safe in taking up space. In this series we will be building upon our grief resources with a journaling exercise that will start each class before our flow. Please bring a journal if you are able, to support your ability to continue your reflections when you leave the shala. Utensils and paper will always be provided, the request for your journal is simply an invitation to deepen your practice and self-study.

March 20th through April 10th

SLIDING SCALE PRICING :
